Canada for Anti-Imperialists by Justin Podur; July 03, 2004   In most of 
(the) ventures (carried out by U.S. Imperialism), Canada has been openly 
supportive; in others, its support has been behind-the-scenes.  What is 
the historical pattern of Canadian foreign policy?  What is Canada up to 
today and why?  Opposing imperial depredations is something everyone of 
conscience must do, but we can have more effect (can we?) over what Canada 
does, so it is important to know what that is: the record is mainly one of 
complicity, hypocrisy, and the occasional open crime.
