BC Labour News Network The BC Liberal government introduced legislation April 
20 that prohibits contractual guarantees on class-size limits, services to 
students with special needs or support from specialist teachers in BC schools. 
The legislation exactly mirrors an arbitrator's decision that was quashed four 
months ago by the BC Supreme Court.
