[Nativeprisonerstestimonies] phone line setup?

Hi there
I'm writing because Dee and I are meeting right now about the residential
school survivors prisoners testimonies project and wondering how we can set
up a free phone system for prisoners to be interviewed. People from calls
from home, I know you have a voice mail system through 1-800...can
prisoners call that number? could we use something like that?
Also, Dee is saying that usually it is not allowed to have media go in
prison, or to have phone calls recorded for the radio. How do you get
around that?
