Luis Primo is the Caracas-Miranda Regional Coordinator of the Venezuelan 
National Union of Workers (UNT). He is responsible for Trade Union / 
Political Education for the UNT at a national level and works with the 
Ministry of Labour on the Committee on the Recovered Factories. He is the 
former president of the Caracas metro workers union and a leading figure in 
the Bolivarian Revolution.
