        MOVEMENT TOWARDS A FEDERAL DEPARTMENT OF PEACE

        Dr. Saul Arbess will report on the recent People's Summit for
        Departments of Peace in London, UK,  and the progress of the
        Canadian proposal for a federal department with responsibility
        for peacebuilding at home and abroad.

        Followed by discussion and refreshments.
