In Cuba there are extremely few entities registered authorized to operate corporately. Besides it is extremely little the possibility to register in that way, according to the norms and the process effective nowadays. This norms and process alone they allow to invest and to acquire productions, to alone a small group of international investors, or to those that are willing to complete the rules of this group, which are extremely closed, this group is not characterized by its intelligence. In any way because be this a group of investors, and because they are very interested to maintain under discretion the economic relationships with the government in Cuba. All these corporations are registered, and are unwrapped financially as Anonymous Societies (CORPORATIONS.)


Which in Cuba in a way or other, alone they receive revenues of the tourism, and of the retailers sales of products in foreign currencies that have been received as remittance from the exterior for some members of the population.


Outside of the tourism and of these remittances. At the moment in Cuba doesn't exist other another form of entrance of foreign currencies to the country.


In the case of the remittances these are unwrapped in a way quite decentralized and quite scattered, that is to say that in this category doesn't exist any concentration of capital. Besides that this money, almost in its entirety, only circulates in a single road, from people that receive it from exterior, until the sales retailers of the previously mentioned CORPORATIONS . 


The Cuban population doesn't have another source of revenues in foreign currencies, except some very strange exceptions. Here is forbidden for all the entities to have another economic treatments with the population if are not the wages decreed by the government, which are in national currency and quite little.


While for the other side the CORPORATIONS don't have other roads of expenses if are not the purchases of acquired products from the exterior, for the majority of those purchases, since to the being this an economy so extremely closed, almost absolutely nothing is produced from here. For what in an end the payments "carried out" to other CORPORATIONS inside this territory, are not another thing that payments to acquire products cared from the exterior, specializedly. You can try to ask somewhere around for the lot discharged from some left ship of here, and you will see that you will never meet with that.


For all this if to all the CORPORATIONS in Cuba are contained inside a single unit, we will see that the financial circulation of this whole unit is limited to revenues received rustically from the exterior, so much direct or indirectly through a single middleman. While almost the entirety of the expenses of this whole unit also it is limited in an end, to the imports of acquired products from the foreigner.


Besides this situation with regard to these CORPORATIONS, we have that as the tariff of the tourist packages in Cuba are so extremely low, and the money received as remittance is also quite little. The revenues of these CORPORATIONS hardly give them margin to pay their expenses and to be sustained, for what in an end, these are completely helpless of accumulating capital in Cuba.


For what in summary, by all this in the end we have that as the whole financial circulation of the group of the CORPORATIONS in Cuba it is limited to revenues and expenses, acquired direct or almost directly from the exterior. And as don't also exist possibilities that suddenly revenues are reported from the accumulation of some capital inside the island. It is clear that the revenues and the utilities of the group of the CORPORATIONS in Cuba can be counted from the exterior if it is analyzed in every period, the group of all the revenues and expenses of these CORPORATIONS, together with the personal remittances that are received in Cuba from the foreigner.


This whole control can be "carried up" keeping in mind the following very specific data.



  a.. All the collections of the Tourist Packages that it come to Cuba are paid totally in the countries of origin of these, Canada and Europe. And already with this one has the entirety of the quantity of revenues almost in Cuba in the category of Tourism. 


  b.. Most of the independent tourists, which are a small part of the tourism that comes to the island, also come from those same countries. For what can be demanded to the airlines and agencies of passages, in these countries that report the passages that have not been negotiated by the agencies of tourist packages, or which have been negotiated individually. And this way one already has controlled the one that they can not be overdrawn in the revenues reported by this category. 


  c.. Some of the previously mentioned CORPORATIONS have the sales retailers of products in foreign currencies in Cuba, fundamentally the CIMEX, although CUBANACAN and CUBALSE also participate enough of these. Most of the clients of these sales are Cubans that receive the foreigner's remittances, which come from USA and Europe, in their great majority. In the case of the USA, according to informed by the Federal Reservation of that country, only a 30% of the Cuban population in that country, it is the one that sends money to here, with an average of shipment of 70 monthly dollars for each one of people that send money, evidently not all make their shipment monthly, neither all the Cubans that have family in Cuba, send family help. 


  d.. More than 90% of the products sold in Cuba in foreign currencies, as much for the tourism as for the population, are also cared from Canada and Europe, besides some countries of Latin America, among which it stands out Brazil, Chile and Argentina. About these countries of Latin America , I don't believe that it is very difficult to have the collaboration of them in the anti-narcotic fight, and one can obtain of them figures of exports toward other countries, among those Cuba can be included. Besides if some of them deny the collaboration, it already will not have right to use anything made by me. 


  e.. Then already, if it is subtracted the total mount of this category, to the previous revenues, one can have with enough precision that what the group of the CORPORATIONS in Cuba can report as utilities, and in this way what it can distribute as dividends among its international shareholders. 


  a.. And if suddenly they report important earnings due to the sale of some equipment made here, one could investigate about the international registration about the rights above such equipment, and then inevitably will be found that such registry has never been made. Very in spite of at that level all in this world, fundamentally them, have always worried enough to register their makings, to avoid in this way that nobody outside of them takes out advantage of their makings. Since without registrations there would not be form of making reclamation about the plagiarism, about resales, robberies and other actions of this kind, and these people always have been in charge to the maximum, of their benefits. 

Furthermore about these reports of sales, it must also keep in mind that for these big productions they have to buy the materials and the pieces, which surely also have to be brought from the exterior. For what can always be proven if these purchases coincide with the reported production or not.


As you will have been able to see, in this way you alone can count the data of the CORPORATIONS on the whole in Cuba, and not individually one to one. But in all ways it is necessary to have very in mind that Cuba is, at the moment, dominated by a totalitarian régime, where everything is guided in a single economic interest. For what in an end everything belongs to a single group international investor.
