(Some corporations of the economic group that retains the power in the White House, are acquiring very strong earnings from the conflict in Iraq, but in spite of this, this group are presenting serious financial problems. While, on the other hand, for the maintenance of the regimens of Venezuela and Cuba, it is using a quantity of money that are superior to the economic capacities of these regimens, therefore this quantity of money can't come from the earnings of these regimens. Then it is evident that the group that occupies the White House at the moment, is deviating money from Iraq , for the maintenance of these regimens, because these are inside their private interests. Then them to be able to take out bigger quantity of money, are collaborating with the actions of the supposed resistance of Iraq, since in this way the government has to buy more to restore what has gotten lost in actions of war.)

Evidently they negotiated this petition for a presented petition, which proposed a group of actions to carry out, in order to extending the limit date for the payment of the foreign debt of some countries of Africa and Latin America. The strange thing of this question is that the members of the White House, were shown quite desperate to achieve the signature of the other countries, when they signed a quite unfavourable treatment where the other part alone were committed in abstract terms which allowed them to prefix conditions at the time of being summed up the agreements. In other words it is evident that these people with regard to the topic of the debt in the meeting of the group of the 8, sat down to negotiate with disadvantage. And this is quite strange, since from according to the earnings by the sales of products overassessed in Iraq, they should be in a quite ample financial situation. 

However on the other hand we have another very strange phenomenon with regard to the financial situation that should have these people. The matter is that, in spite of the gigantic censorship imposed to the North American press by ordinance of themselves. It can be seen an enormous quantity of means of public information, publishing inconvenient information for these people. And all this is harming them enough, since the public knowledge of those informations can make them lose their positions in the government. Reason why this is quite strange, given their financial entrances, since this would have allowed them the purchase of some of these agencies, for in this way to have the control on some of them, at least. And of this way to have, at least more of one of these, publishing what they need, according to the circumstances.

But even besides of this, and for to make matters worse of rarities with regard to the entrances of these people from Iraq, we have the fact of the enormous ascent of the prices of the petroleum and the gasoline in the USA. Although all the American electorate knows very well that the "North American oil companies" are one of the main groups that in this moment, occupies the power in the USA. And because of this they inevitably relate to the group in the power with any situation that is presented with this item. Therefore inevitably this situation with the prices of the petroleum, locates to these people in a position very difficult in front of the American electorate. Also, if they already have the entrances of the distant Iraq, then why to take the risk of losing their positions of power in the USA, being pointed out in such marked way in front of the population? I believe that it is evident that they have a great necessity of to increase their entrances. 

To all this it is necessary to add the fact that Afghanistan approximately by the middle of the year 2003, was declared by the ONE as the biggest farmer of opium in the world, with an increment of much more production to that of the time in the one that the country was governed by the Talibanes.

As you will can check, this date is posterior to the occupation of the country on the part of the PENTAGON, for what it is obvious that for this date this country was mostly controlled by this institution. And although they about this publication have alleged that the object of these cultivations is to assisting the Afghan addicts, the problem is in that if this was this way. Then, why they didn't make publishes the situation of these addicts, before to the report of the ONE? Also, why didn't transfer this matter to institutions specialized in disintoxication, leaving them to charge of the responsibility of the supply, and the distribution of the narcotic among the addicts?. And lastly, why the quantity of necessary opium for disintoxicar to the addicts, has to be much bigger to the one that maintained them in the addiction? I believe that it is not necessary to say more to demonstrate the economic interest of these cultivations.

For what this situation is also quite strange, for a group of people that has the economic entrance that has these people in Iraq. Since it is very big the risk of confronting big international problems for this fact. Reason why this indicates in a very strong way the economic desperation of this group. 

But if we keep in mind what this group is winning with the conflict in Iraq, it is evident that they have fallen in all these situations mentioned previously, because they have something that is consuming them a great quantity of money.

That is to say that if these people are with financial problems in spite of their strong entrances, then it is clear that are also having very strong exits.

Evidently the entrance from the conflict in Iraq, and the others, they are using them in other things, which it is demanding them great quantity of money.

We have also seen now that all these revenues are acquired by the group of private companies whose property is assumed openly by these people. For what it is clear that all these revenues pass to the bills of the private corporations of this economic group. For what then is inside the properties and the private interests of these people where should be the escapes of all these revenues.

For what if we continue in this sense, we have on the other hand that the economic group that occupies the power in the USA in this moment, has given it to PDVSA (Petroleums of Venezuela Anonymous society.) privileges above the law, in North American territory. Something very strange, since these people alone have made this with the corporations that are of their property. For what if we keep this in mind, besides the inaccessible that it has been to obtain a list of the proprietors of the actions of this company, in spite of their remarkable infractions. It is evident that those that occupy the power in the USA, are the proprietors of this company, since they are the only ones with possibility of allowing all these infractions. 

Then if now we add to this the fact that PDVSA sends to the régime in Cuba, daily 50 000 barrels of petroleum, although they are not paying it. And besides, it has been in the current administration, the first time that it has been allowed to this régime profusely the easiness of operating commercially in the USA. Then it is clear that the régime in Cuba in a way or another responds to the interests of this economic group, since nobody can think that the session of the 50 thousand barrels of petroleum and the facilities of operating in North American territory, are because these are a group of good samaritans, I don't believe that there are a lot of people willing to believe this of them. If they have given to somebody facilities to operate it is because at the end these operations are for them, that is the way of acting of this group, and they don't have another.

Therefore already we have that as much PDVSA as the régime in Cuba, are included inside the ground of the corporations of this economic group. Therefore if both belong to this group, these also are inside the finances of this economic group. And consequently to these 2 entities we should also keep them in mind in this analysis about the financial movements of this group

For this route we have that Chavez in Venezuela, doesn't have another strong entrance out of the oil extractions of PDVSA, after they had to give their refineries to Germans companies and Russians companies. While that on the other hand to the régime in Cuba the only entrance that can be taken it seriously is the oil subsidy of Venezuela. Because since as for the other entrances, the tourism and the personal remittances, both are smaller figures to countries levels, here it is necessary to keep in mind that almost all that it is consumed in Cuba as much by the tourists as by the population that receives remittances, is imported. 

However in the Cuban territory prevails a totalitarian state with opposition, where they has to have to the whole population of the territory, under surveillance and control, while a big part of this population bid with force for its economic personal independence or total.

However in spite of all the big expenses that generate when they have to be closing the steps to each one of the Cuban residents in the island. They have enough finances to control among the population of UNITED STATES, Latin America, and in Europe, the situation about with who inside the Cuban population they can treat, fundamentally economically. In many of these places this group will be able to establish that control by the force, but in other hopelessly they have to make use of a good quantity of money. Also, they are able to maintain control, in these places, on the questions and people from Cuba that can be known openly in those places, and about which not. Although very near people to the régime have been caught more than once, in direct bonds with illicit acts perpetrated in some of those countries. , and until now they have always been able comfortably to reimburse to the countries that have been victims of these acts.

Being also added to all these the question of the great quantity of fugitives of the justice of other countries residing in the island, and however the topic is extremely little treaty in those territories, obviously crawled by the economic conveniences. Recently the Mexican authorities removed this situation of fugitives of the justice, with the reclamation through the Interpol, of the perpetrators of some acts of drug clear money in Mexican territory. Fundamentally if there has not been big lack in none of these items, it is necessary to keep in mind that any great lack in anyone of these entrances, it would mean the fall of this. 

While in France one of the biggest French critics of the régime in Cuba, and a quite well-known personality in that country, recently complained of the persecutions of the régime to ruin him economically, question for that which is always required to use a lot more of money than the which the victim has, and mainly if it is a personality it publishes.

While PDVSA in Venezuela, produces less each day, meantime Mr. Hugo Chavez has had more that enough resources for habitually to have bribed, to the authorities of compensation in Venezuela. He has subsidized guerrillas in Colombia to great scale, he has blocked, he has given finances to hands full to terrorists of the Middle East, he has been able to impede the diffusion of information, he has paid to big centers of presses in South America in propaganda, he has promoted wars openly, and he has even achieved that some international organizations of high level and prestige will declare him among the politicians more positive of the present time. 

Neither I find possible that only with the finances contributed by the extractions of PDVSA, they arrive at so high level of finance.

For what is clear that for the maintenance of so much the régime in Venezuela as the régime in Cuba, it is appealing to very superior finances to those that they manage. That is to say, clearly it is appealing to external sources of revenues to these, and like already we know that these regimens are property of the same people that those that are buying overassessed products in Iraq, that go up the price of the petroleum, and manage the cultivations of opium in Afghanistan. It is clear that the finances for the maintenance of these regimens are being taken out from these businesses. Evidently this economic group gives preference to the properties that are not under shared jurisdictions, if not inside territories where they retain an absolute power. Since of this way they think that they can carry out with impunity, operations in which illicit activities are included. Although in this world exist tribunals and international policemen and although has not been published a lot about these, you will can always appeal to these in case a reclamation of this type has not been satisfied. But good nobody has never said that this economic group are constituted by a group of brilliant people. They should have some place where to clear the money of the Afghanistan opium.

In Cuba exist a series of corporations of properties of the type of Anonymous Societies, the names of these any Cuban or foreigner that has been working or living in the island know them. If it is looked inside the financial cobweb, the bank bills where finish the dividends, I am for sure you go to receive a great surprise. Besides of the surprise of the great difference of dividends between the base of these sources and the end of the financial chains. I have to add that I am also sure that in this search you will have to go through several countries. 

In any way the important thing for us is that we already have that the economic group in this moment in the power in the USA, it is "taking out" budget from their earnings from the sales for the losses of the ARMY in the Iraq, and "getting in" this budget for their state-corporations of the which make use as properties of lucrative character.

But with regard to this, is the problem which the situation in the territories of the state-corporations is not very stable, besides that in these places as in any other one, always are presenting situations that could not be foreseen. For what it is not very useful for these people a fixed budget, in situations where always are presenting strong increments over the planned, unless this budget stays most of the time above the expenses, and in this way a reserve could be had for the accidents. Then it is evident that they go needing that it would made a lot of more purchases of supplies to them, that those that elementarily required and elementarily planned. Therefore they go needing that it goes there being strong losses of materials as much in the Army as in the things that the government should supply, and this could not be otherwise that if it is not by means of enemy attacks with which to cause losses of resources which should be replaced with new purchases. 

Of these attacks, some of them have been made with shots of mortars on coalition barracks, situations which is quite inexplicable given the current technology and the budget assigned to these troops. These norms and possibilities, are not a idea that came from me, if not that these are principles enough used by the armies, and the ABC for any official that has been in action. For what when in an armed conflict is real, attacks with mortars only work when amid a closed battle, the objective has lost the control of that shot area, by attacks made from other areas and in another way. And the other possibility would be that the army in charge of defending the objective, doesn't know about the existence of this armament, but I find very difficult to believe that the army of the USA doesn't know about the existence of the mortars.

This that I say about the assembly of the posts in barracks, you will be able to verify it in any text of the schools of officials, that treat the topic. And also in any military manual where it is treated the topic.

Other forms of attacks of the supposed resistance, it is that of ambushes to convoys. As I had already told previously you, in this case it is necessary to have present that the army over the one that is made these attacks possess assigned a very strong quantity of budget. Then we already have as final conclusion that this economic group facilitates the enemy actions in Iraq, because in this way they obtain bigger sales of materials overassessed. And in this way they obtain enough budgets to sustain to their private interests in front of the problems that they go presenting in these.

In this way it is very clear the financial deviation of North American property, toward private interests of this economic group.

On the other hand, at least for me have left very clarified the cause of so many popular manifestations in Iraq, demanding the end of the occupation, and accusing to the coalition of the chain of attacks that have been carried out in the Iraq. I imagine that they there should have seen "much more" than me from so afar. Poor people, first they had to live under a ferocious tyrant, and now suddenly they have been locate amid a chain of attacks and bombings.

Furthermore it is issue of the soldiers that are dying, alone in order of to justify and to cover these strong financial deviations.
