As always, it seems that details always get left out
of the mix.  Before anyone goes off writing letters,
it might be a good idea to look at this article:

I think it's reasonable for an organization such as
Yellow Brick House to decide to lay off staff because
they want staff with higher credentials who fluently
speak at least two languages.

The lockout, however, not such a good call.
