Subject: Tell British Columbia to play fair with workers
The Canadian province of British Columbia, a bidder to host the 2010
Winter Olympic games, has been condemned by the International Labour
Organization for passing laws which violate ILO conventions and basic
workers' rights.
Trade unionists from BC are asking all of us to show support for their
efforts to repeal this legislation.
Please go to our new ActNow campaign page to show your support:
http://www.labourstart.org/cgi-bin/solidarityforever/show_campaign.cgi?c=12
And make sure to pass this message on to your mailing lists.
Thanks very much.
