Ellen Gould is a researcher on trade issues, and a resource person for
the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives.   She will present an
update on the WTO and discuss issues to be addressed at an upcoming
ministerial meeting in Cancun.

Followed by discussion and refreshments.
