The Coastal Alliance for Aquaculture Reform is proud to be the sponsor of
the very first Canadian screening of the acclaimed film, "Net Loss: the
Storm over Salmon Farming" a documentary screening followed by a panel
discussion.

Net Loss - The Storm over Salmon Farming is a documentary filmed in British
Columbia, Chile and Washington state that has received critical acclaim in
the U.S. and Canada. Net Loss explores the controversy around the world over
industrial-scale salmon farming. A panel discussion featuring the film
makers, broadcaster Rafe Mair and others who appear in the film will follow
the screening.  The evening will be moderated by writer and political
commentator Bill Tieleman.

WHEN: Tuesday, Sept. 16, 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

WHERE: Simon Fraser University downtown campus: 515 West Hastings Street
(Fletcher Challenge Theatre). Admission by donation.
