Location: Outside the USA consulate (1095 W Pender St, Vancouver)

On April 20th, we will write a message in blood outside the American 
consulate. A photograph of the message will be taken. The photo image will
be projected on the American Consulate once a month forever.

Participants will be asked to prick their finger with a 2mm lance (very 
small) and drop 1 drop of blood on a sterilized glass slide, which will
then be transferred onto the canvas. No contact will be made with any
other participant or between the individual and the canvas.

There will be one lance and one glass slide per participant. The lance 
will have been factory sealed. Both lance and glass slide will be disposed
of immediately afterwards in a sterilization container.

Participants must phone in advance.
