[mobglob-discuss] Project for Mac - Fascism on Vancouver IMC

Hi all,
I've noticed several fascist comments being posted to stories on Vancouver
Indymedia lately, two recent ones are below. I wrote to IMC today to see
what they are doing about it, I'll post their reply when it comes.

Mac, you may be interested in checking this out, have a surf thru story
comments and archived ones. You'd be shocked at what's being posted as
opinion. Blatant stuff like "terrorists (read: protesters) should all be
sent to Iraq and bombed with the rest of them". It could be that the arian
freaks are up to this, as alot of the content has a definate
white-christian tone.  I think we should not let these fascist comments
get in our way of progressing and doing our work, but ... (big BUT) .. we
also shouldn't stand for such hate being posted.

Together, as a community, we can bite this thing in the ass. Any
suggestions? Is anyone out there directly involved in the IMC website?
