Whoever/whatever list you replied to, please forward my personal (*no one
others*) comments to.

Ariel Sharon is known as a mass murderer. On this, all people of DECENT
conscience will not debate. Yet all those...both "pro" and "anti" what he stands
for know that Bibi Netanyahu is actually worse than he.

The thing is many of those people I would like to address have already stopped
listening to what I have to say (or write). This is because the pro-Israeli
power in North America is so vast that it cannot possibly be expected to be
"balanced", instead it in fact, does  a great job of monitoring western media to
keep it pro-Israel, pro-Zionist, anything at all to label detractors
"anti-Semitic".

Well, to that charge, several members of the Douglas Students Union declare you
must do better than that.

I am here to declare that my personal time, as officer of Douglas College
External Relations, I personally, regardless of anything anyone else may say,
have never had greater cause to want to directly associate myself with the work
of other groups than for this stance for a free Palestine.

I have never been prouder than I am right now to be a member of the student
movement, and I will go so far as to say that any member of the so-called
student movement who is not proud to say to "Bibi" take your racist bullshit
elsewhere is an accomplice in his program just as much as Nazi Symps were.

That's a pretty harsh line.

So is what is happening in Palestine. It is, no matter what one thinks, one of
the greatest genocides this century, yet we say nothing...why? Because those who
perpetrate it are among those who have cause or supported the greatest
anti-human attacks of this century.

Benjamin Netanyahu is one of the single greatest war criminals of the recent
era. To even enter a debate as to whether or not that is "true" is to totally
disregard reality and to disrespect what has happened to the Palestinian people.
It is to disrepsect their humanity. Out of respect for their suffering, I
(Macdonald Stainsby) will not enter such a debate. Such a debate diminishes our
collective humanity, which I have too much respect for to darken in such a
light.

As far as allowing each issue to stand on it's own, that may be the case in how
the Canadian authorities deal with this anti-Arab, genocidal lunatic. If it is,
it will not be followed by the rest of the people of good conscience.

The external and college realtions officers of Douglas College can only express
the strongest solidarity possible with all those who attempted to stop the
anti-Arab, racist, former "prime minister" of "Israel" from speaking. In doing
so, these students gave dignity back to the population of both Concordia
University and to all of Montreal and indeed Canada, such as it is.
