Dear friends, 

I just sent a quick fax to the prime minister congratulating him on his promise to adopt the Kyoto climate treaty and urging my premier to work with Ottawa to build an effective climate action plan. A meaningful plan will mean new high tech and construction jobs, reduced air pollution, and less money wasted on energy inefficiency.
