A Day of Workshops and
Organising Sessions Against the G8 Summit

   Sunday, June 2, 2002    1-5pm
   Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House
   800 East Broadway

1-3pm Workshops on:

* Women Resisting the G8 and Imperialist Globalisation
  by Grassroots Women
* anti-racism, consensus decision-making, anti-poverty
  organising, civil disobedience legal issues (to be
  confirmed. phone or email for updated list or watch for another email).

3-5pm Organising Sessions -
These sessions are meant as a starting point to organise actions in
Vancouver against the G8 Summit on June 26th & 27th in Kananaskis,
Alberta.

Bring your ideas for actions! Let's get together to
organise educational events, skill workshops, street
 theatre, rallies, street blockades, occupations or
 any other local solidarity actions that you want to
 see happening in Vancouver.  Facilitators will be
available for these sessions.

A pro-people, anti-capitalist, anti-imperialist,
anti-globalisation event.

No racist, (hetero)sexist, transphobic, ableist,
poor-bashing, hierarchical BULLSHIT!
