[mobglob-discuss] list changes

Due to more technical difficulties on the lists.tao.ca server and in a
further effort to help alleviate traffic problems on that box, the
following lists have been moved to the resist.ca server:

antiwar-van at resist.ca,
mobglob-discuss at resist.ca,
mobglob-announce at resist.ca,
project-x at resist.ca and
project-x-announce at resist.ca

The resist.ca server is run by the same folks that you know from the tao
project in vancouver. Please direct your posts to the new addresses. The
old addresses will be phased out over the next few weeks. Sorry for any
