Subject: Prov. Govt. Announcement


 The Provincial Government announced today from Victoria that it is
changing it's emblem of the Dogwood flower to a condom. Gordon Campbell
in an interview said, "The change was overdue because it more clearly
reflects the government's political stance.  A condom stands up to
inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a
bunch of pricks, and gives you a sense of security while it's actually
screwing you."
