On wednesday november 30th, there was a first meeting with more than
fifteen students from Concordia, McGill, UQAM and Cégep Saint-Laurent.
The goal was to address a number of communication/coordination issues
between French and English campuses of both Universities and Cegeps.
In the perspective of a rising interest for militancy in student
activism, we needed to share concrete knowledge of what's going on and
where we're all heading. The first meeting was a complete success and
we're hoping to keep and expand this relationship in a number of very
concrete manners.

Next meeting we'll be focusing our attention on the following topics :

    * Unlimited general strike : how to get there together and build
      our movement towards abolishing the tuition hike, but not only !
      The latest about CLASSE is also going to be examined.
    * Organizing common actions.
    * Workshops and sharing our capacities and knowledge. The upcoming
      Winter Camp is going to be discussed (January 14th and 15th) as
      well as the "Camp de formation de la CLASSE" (which is held two
      weeks later).
    * Ideas are, of course, welcome !


_Next meeting_ will be on *December 14th @ 6 p.m. at UQAM, meeting
point at JM-760* (it is AFESH-UQAM/AFESPED's offices). This is on the

Le 30 novembre dernier se tenait sur le campus de l'Université McGill
une première rencontre avec une quinzaine de personnes de Mob Squad
McGill, de l'UQAM, du Cégep Saint-Laurent et de Free Education
Montreal. Le constat partagé par les organisateurs de l'événement
était les suivants : la communication entre nos campus mériterait
d'être grandement améliorée, tout spécialement dans le contexte d'une
mobilisation exceptionnelle autour de la GGI et des récents événements
survenus à McGill le 10 novembre dernier. Cette rencontre, qui fut un
franc succès, a permis de déterminer des problèmes à relever, et a
servi à commencer à réfléchir à des solutions concrètes.

La prochaine rencontre sera l'occasion de discuter des points suivants :

    * Comment se rendre à la GGI, comment s'organiser jusque là, et
      comment construire ensemble un mouvement pouvant abolir la
      hausse des frais et au delà. Les dernières informations au sujet
      de la CLASSE seront abordées.
    * L'organisation d'actions en commun.
    * Des ateliers de partage des savoirs-faire en matière de mob et
      de connaissances générales du mouvement avec les nouveaux et
      nouvelles. Sera également abordée la question du Camp de
      formation du 14 et 15 janvier prochain, ainsi que le Camp de
      formation de la CLASSE qui se tiendra deux semaines plus tard.

Cette rencontre se tiendra le *14 décembre prochain, à 18h00 à
l'UQAM*. *Le point de rendez-vous est au local de l'AFESHPED au
JM-760*, niveau métro.
