hey. its been so long

thank you so so much for folks who took care of organizing events and
trying to spread the word around. thanks for your work around this you all
and those of you who took it upon you when we left the boat! i recognize i
felt through the cracks of organizing events/did not show up for that.
thanks for putting that work in. I hope this reaches you well.

i am trying to put myself up from pretty rough times and would love to see
the doc alive and spreading and help see that happen. i'm available to chat
about this/ would love to hear if there are ideas that we didn't get to
work on that i could help make happen?

Im sorry this is so late but if we haven't i could make sure we thanked all
the indiegogo people and people who were interviewed. maybe by sending the
at least a copy of the dvd. if this has been done again sorry for dropping
the ball. if there is anything else in this way i can pick up a bit the
lose ends.

would also love to be able to share the doc itself with ppl
interested/migrant orgs for them to use in whatever ways and just let it
run by word of mouth. not feeling like i can organize an event itself. but
i would be available for reaching out to people/orgs we think would be
relevant here and other places.

i know at some point we were also talking about putting the full length
interviews and the doc itself online as a sort of library. can that be
something we are still interested in? i can help with that, but don't have
too many skills on website making.

another idea i can think of would be to have the dvds up for sale and have
them as fundraisers for indigenous resistance initiatives here? what do
y'all think?

i'm happy and able to help out with any of these if folks are ok with that/
want to help out or have other ways they see how to keep the doc moving/

also i still have a hard drive with the interviews and backups. is there a
good place to have this stored ? maybe CKUT? it could be available for
other people to use as b-roll for other people doing migrant docs for
example? i'm not so sure about this one... anyway. thank youuuu a million
times for making this happen.

hope you're well and will forever be happy this is out there.
much much care .

nico
