Thanks for looking into this Boban!
Overall I'm no good at knowing what's best for web stuffs so i don't really
care if it's com or ca (the fist domain was
http://migrantjusticedocumentary.ca/ just for info) but privacy shield
sounds good. and I don't really feel strongly for one name or the other...
as long as the link is found on relevant sights. the only thing that might
matter (or does it?) if someone was to google the title In the shadow of
the borders, would it matter what the domain is? if searching the title can
be found either way go for it!
As for festival of anarchy films and frank (projections insurgees) is that
the same request? are they taking care of the month of may programming? if
so I already asked frank in an email and he said he'll bring it to the
collective (as that's how decisions are made) but thinks there should be no
problem!
as soon as we have something confirmed i will email all groups we worked
with to see who can participate.. are there other orgs that people would
like to include?
ps. did anyone ever hear back from Tania, Roz and/or Amy regarding how the
screening went at the women's centre? i emailed but haven't heard. just
interested.
also is there a final spanish subs version i can download for screenings?
or waiting til the website is up?
As for text for the website, i think it should be basic- not to make a big
deal about it. so we can take from what we've used in the past and mostly
what was used on the DVD and indiegogo right? and add links to the orgs we
put in the credits. anything else?
I'll go back and read the other emails to make sure i didn't miss things.
hope the dvd production is gonna go ok. and if later groups want more dvds
we can always get more made right?!?!
take care
