[Migrantjusticedocumentary] Finishing the credits

I have as much as possible removed the usernames from the Indigogo list but
there are some that I have not been able to find a name to connect them
too, which is disappointing but the reality.

The credits are already pretty clean, Cat, I tried to clean them up last
week. The only thing I left was if we can remember if there was anyone else
who gave us workshops. I also added all the comments you gave in an earlier
e-mail Nico.
