[Migrantjusticedocumentary] Timeline meeting with Amy

Hi buds!

Today we had an impromptu timeline meeting with Amy. So, in doing this we
figured out a pretty good calendar from here on in. It can all be viewed on
our project timeline on the Boban site,
https://k.bobanchaldovich.com/projects/ . Anyway- it affects all of us,
depending on what we're doing, so I separated this by task. This isn't set
in stone, so let us know what you think, but also, this is Amy's suggestion
to get this done and fine to be shown by June 8th. Boban and Cat- there are
a lot of points where y'all show up on the timeline so *please* let us know
if these dates and times are feasible for you and if they are not, we
should discuss this.

Also, one of the questions that came up was how in touch we are with the
person doing sound editing and the soundtrack, because we definitely need
to know whether this timeline is feasible for them. If we need someone to
call them or get in touch, if anyone can send me their contact info I can
contact them.

Also, we need to figure out, closer to the date of the event, is where this
event is happening, whether we should prepare a DVD or if we can simply
play it off the computer, and what the right hook ups are to get the thing
to play on a projector.

Anyway, here's a list of things!

*Editing*
- May 9 - finish putting in narration from shoot, send film to Cat
- May 13- finish putting in b-roll from first shoot
- May 14- addition b-roll shoot
- May 15- last day to insert b-roll, Boban to pick up the material
- May 19-20 - final editing days
- May 21- credits
- May 21- export with credits for sound edits
- May 22-27 - titles

*- June 2- final output*
- June 3-4- testing output


*Research*
- May 15- deadline for all stats to be fully researched
- May 15- deadline for all info for the graphics to be produced to be fully
researched
- May 20- list written out for credits must be done
- May 21- deadline to have names for all titles done


*Subtitling and Transcripts*
- May 15- deadline for final transcript (including narration) (the
narration is already written out, this should be fast and easy)
-May 26- deadline for subtitles to be finished


*Sound*
- May 16- rough version of soundtrack finished
- May 21- final version of soundtrack finished
- May 22- deliver project to person doing sound edits
- June 2- pick up sound edits


*Boban*
- May 15- Send film with most b-roll and narration placed to Boban
- May 16- Boban can start doing graphics?
- May 22-27 - colour correction

Please let me know how this works for y'all! If people see stuff missing
from this timeline, that is also important for us to discuss. We need
people to commit soon to what parts of the project they can do.
