[Migrantjusticedocumentary] Need this filled out by wednesday march 12th for final JV report

Hey there everyone I have the final meeting with JV in a week and a half
and need to hand in the written final report which is a few pages, some of
which I'll fill out about the project, one for Amy to fill out and then
each of us "the participants" need to fill out one page (here on the right
hand menu bar :

and fill out the pdf, print it off and bring it in filled out next week or
come to the office and fill it in by hand (but you'll have to go make
photocopies of the original).
It's really easy just 5 questions: 1- what knowledge, skills and experience
did you acquire?
2- What other knowledge, skills and experience would you like to acquire in
the future in order to achieve your personal or career goals?
3- In the coming year, do you have plans for achieving your personal or
career goals? If so, which ones?
4- Would you like to see an Emploi-quebec assistance officer about your
personal or career goals?
5- when your participation is over, what will your situation be? ex: full
time job, part time, unemployed school ,self employed etc...
sign and date!

If you want to see what your original 'tasks', 'learning goals' and
'workshop needs' were in the JV application document just come into the
office and ask me it's here or call and i can read them off to you,
but i'msure you all have a good idea of that.
