Just a heads up.
We should clean up and also try to plan in advance when we'll do group
meetings this month... also we maybe should have to move our computer and
stuff out at some point. I'll keep you all posted. we have a meeting next
week on tuesday, so after that it should be clear what our responsibilities
are.

Hi folks,
Just wanted to let you guys know that I will have a young woman coming in
to help me with a few projects starting on Monday for a couple of days a
week throughout the rest of the summer. Her name is Sarah and she’s a film
student. I’m going to set a chair and a little extension off my desk for
her, and I’m wondering if there are any plans for the conference room next
month and into the future. I’d like to start using it as a conference
space, and can set up a Google doc as a schedule (unless anyone knows of
any open source online scheduling software) so that people can sign the
room out for chunks of time. Rozenn, you had talked about renting it out
for post-production. What are your plans here?
We can discuss at the meeting, and Sarah may be around so I can introduce
her to everyone.
