It might be a good idea if he comes here (you can tell him amy's out of
town)! than you can use our set up as an example (try on some of our
footage!0
Like i said last meeting we've been doing 300$ a work shop, and getting
150$ but if he's gonna keep helping and follow up (while we're actually
subtitling in march) we can give him the 300$. we had a conversation about
this last meeting. call me if it isn't clear. but i think everyone was ok
with that.

oh and i don't think the google calander worked/works so either can we do
an email thread or a google doc to share times people would like to log
next week. i think it really helps for motivation to have someone else stop
by!
i know it does for me.
