Hey everyone,
So there are two questions for us from the work space meeting. One is will
we still be here in April? I'm thinking probably for some of it, so we'd
pay rent but what do you all say?
the other is for cleaning, each renter (we count as one) needs to sign up
to co clean one week (for 1 hour). I was wondering if someone would like to
sign up for a shift in the upcoming weeks as I did our last turn? Let me
know and i'll give you details on how it works.

*1. Loyer mars*
The rent is 140$/person for March. *Tim is collecting. Be sure to give him
your checks ASAP or to e-transfer the $ before the 26th (that's tomorrow).*
Diane and Giuliana are now officially off the hook for rent.
*There are 2 spaces open for March. Please advertise!*
Mike is staying until may 1st. He was subletting from Melina. Melina,
est-ce que tu reviens? Si oui, quand? Est-ce que tu veux continuer à
sous-louer ton bureau à Mike?
Gabriel is staying until next summer, maybe for the rest of the year. To be
confirmed. He adopted the desk next to Oli and Tim.
Is Danielle still leaving in April?
Dan will be away from mid-april to mid-may, but not subletting.
Claire is also leaving in march april, but she's not subletting either. (If
someone wants to use her desk while she's away, it's fine.) She's going to
put her rent for April in magic box.
Anyone else have plans to leave/sublet? Let us know!
*2. Gestion de l'espace*
We are going to need to add 2 more desks in the main work area ((including
the desk that's currently in the conference room) to reach 15. We looked at
space layout options, and it seems unrealistic to keep the "Fengshui" open
space in the center.
We thought it will just be simpler to have newcomers choose a space on
either side of the central ally and figure out solutions to space layout
problems as they come up...
*3. Lease*
I volunteered to follow up the lease. Tim is going to help me out. There is
no rush, but it would be nice to have a lease before 2019...
*4. Ménage*
The list is up this week (Martin and Maysann are on ménage duty). *Go sign
up for the next couple of weeks!* If you missed your turn, make sure to do
it this time around...
We could cross out our names on the board when we've done our chores to
keep everyone informed of our progress.
For the rest of winter/spring, *mopping the entrance *once a week is an
absolute must to keep the space clean.
Also, *could everybody please do their own dishes*? We've had problems with
that over the past few weeks...
