[Migrantjusticedocumentary] can't do the meeting on the 16th

Hey everyone,
I've spoken to most of you already, so here's the little reminder that I'm
heading out of town tomorrow morning (for my grandma's funeral) and I won't
be back until the 22nd of September.
Sorry about that. So what some of us were thinking is that we can keep in
touch over email and try to get someone to take Aaron's JV place. (talking
to JV it's really easy, they just have to get approved by emploi qc like we
did!!!) So Maddie? did you hear back? Anyone else have ideas?

Otto and I did the editing workshop with frank and it was really useful,
but now we need some 'new directions' heheheh. or just a re-visioning of
what we should do with our footage and capacities. If folks are ok with
waiting until i'm back that would be great. I am free the week of the 23rd
any time to meet!
As for 'visionning' I am trying to get back in touch with SAB about their
needs. We also got work from Mayworks folks, and they're interested in
working together on something or using our footage.
If anyone wants to check in with education for all, to see if there are
other video needs, or if we should 'rework' something for them.... also if
we want to see what kind of feedback there is from the detention centre
video, that could be good info to bring to our next meeting.

Sorry to skip out. I will do my best to be online sometimes (even though
'internet' is hard, really, in plains montana).
Oh and we'll have to meet 'officially' before Oct 4th because i have a JV
meeting and we have to give the 'mid project report' and i need signatures
saying y'all agree that i'm the new 'boss' (i mean leader).... anywho, i
have to go pack.
sorry for this disorganized thought stream.... as you can see we're in
'need' of another 'stratigizing' meeting ;)
