[Migrantjusticedocumentary] Availabilities for the week after the conference?

Hey everyone,
So to follow up planning for this weekend, I'll try to chime in.
1-inverviews at the weekend conference-
As far as I know we only have one set up, the one that Cat confirmed. I
have left messages and will follow up tomorrow and I sent emails to Leah,
Gwen, Roz and Jaggi to see what's happening to the people they're in touch
with. I would like to get some base work done this weekend, so even if it's
people we just meet at the conference I hope we'll be ready to interview
them.
to do that we need :
- a room/private quite space... did jaggi reserve us one? Nico?
- cloth back drop. did anyone else respond Otto? if not tomorrow i'll go to
the fabric store on St-Hub and get something 6x6foot, maybe one warm and
one cold colour.... unless someone else can do that (you'll be
reimbursed)!!!?
-we need Camera and sound equipment. I think, Otto and Aaron will try to
clear things up with CUTV tomorrow but if not can someone reserve audio
equiptement from CKUT and we have nico's camera. there is a long poll that
could maybe be used for a boom mic at the office!??!
Also Sarita's partner, Didier offered us his cameras (for any time during
the project). He has a DV X100 and a P2 Panasonic. Does that mean anything
to you Nico or should I ask Boban?
-Interview questions: we made a list of our '5 things' (as Amy suggested)
to help form our questions around and organize them by theme so we can
target certain people for certain questions. However!>!>!>!!>>> i can't
find that 5 things doc in our google drive (which might just be cause i
don't know how to look) Nico is it there?
But we haven't added our questions to it. which needs to happen before
sat... ideally we'd discuss it before but at least on saturday before our
first interview!) so we all need to get brainstorming those questions!!!
once we find the doc we can split up topics to help share the work!
