[Migrantjusticedocumentary] Meeting minutes and other important updates

hi all!
minutes from the last meeting are up on our google drive here:

so unfortunately we weren't able to get Jesse's camera for the demo this
saturday. does anyone else have any leads on cameras we can borrow? i'm
asking a couple people, but we should all ask around. worst comes to worse,
if someone has a smartphone like an Iphone or Galaxy, we could shoot with
those. those take suprisingly good HD video.

just as a follow up on the artwork, Nidal says he'll be done by the end of
this week.

also, we talked a bit about our meeting times, and the fact that meetings
have been starting late, even though we pushed the meeting time back. to
try to work on starting the meetings on time, we decided we would have
fruit and coffee at 10:45am, and then meetings would start promptly at
11am. it will be a different person's turn to bring fruit every week.

also, if people are gonna be late, or are gonna miss a meeting, we decided
it was best to email the day before, just so we're not stuck waiting around
for that person.

it was kind of decided that this would make it easier for everyone. does
that make sense?
