[Migrantjusticedocumentary] Updated callout with phone number

I think we should definitely either send them from the resist.ca address (
migrantjusticedocumentary at resist.ca), or at least cc it.

If anyone forgot the password, I'll give it again at the next meeting.

Totally agree about discussing how we want the videos to look. I think that
will also be easy after our documentary marathon, to see what docs we like,
and what styles we might want to use.

Another option would be to do a group workshop with a documentary director
or writer to start getting the ideas out.
