so a few people will be leaving our workspace at moreau, and we really need
to find other subletters in order to keep the rent as low as it is now.

Envie de brasser des idées et de partager une tasse de café avec des gens
sympathiques dans la même situation? Venez partager notre super espace de
travail!


Nous sommes un petit groupe de travailleurs et travailleuses autonomes qui
partageons un grand loft aux limites de Centre-sud et d'Hochelaga. Cet
espace, très ensoleillé, inclut aussi :


* une grande salle de réunion fermée

* un espace cuisine complet

* une chambre de bain avec douche

* un espace salon relax, avec sofas, fauteuils etc.

* une grande aire de travail pour les bureaux


Nous partageons une connexion internet haute-vitesse, une ligne téléphone
fixe, l'hydro et un service hebdomadaire de compost. Le loyer par personne
est de $105 par mois. Vous auriez de la place pour y installer un bureau,
des étagères etc.

Come share our awesome workspace!


We are a group of autonomous workers who share a large loft on the border
of Centre Sud and Hochelega Maisonneuve.

This very sunny, full of windows space includes

* a large closed off meeting room

* a full kitchen

* a bathroom and shower

* a chilled out 'living room' space

* the large open work-desk area


We share high speed internet, one phone land line, hydro and a weekly
compost service.

The cost per person is $120 per month.

You would have a space for a desk, bookshelf, etc.
