[Migrantjusticedocumentary] Minutes and other important updates

hi folks,
so we had a small meeting today with myself, cera, otto, and cat.

i let everyone know about a few important updates from my end, but i wanted
to share them on this list. the first is that i decided for a few reasons
to not work on the feature-length documentary project at this point. so i
can re-modify the budget, or revert back to the old one because we won't be
spending the money on hiring a camera person for the development shoot.

the other important update is that i have applied for a full-time job as
the community news coordinator at ckut. i felt very conflicted about making
the application, but in the end decided it was best for me because it's a
permanent position, and it's basically my dream job.

i should know by the end of this week if i have the job or not. if i don't
get the job, obviously i intend to carry on with full energy on the JV
project.

if i do get the job, i am going to contact JV immediately to make sure the
project can continue with another one of you as the project leader. i have
a feeling that shouldn't be a problem for them. if for some reason it is a
problem, obviously we'll have to discuss the implications as a larger group.
