[Migrantjusticedocumentary] Blurb invite on the focus group - to send to IWC, Dignidad Migrante, NOII, etc.

Hi guys,
Below is an invite I wrote up in EN/FR for the focus groups, which tries to
make it a bit more clear what we want to do with the focus groups, because
I think some collectives were a bit confused.

Can you guys use this when contacting groups? Bader, you wanna send this to
the IWC? We can also send it to NOII, Dignidad Migrante, and MUR.

Nous vous contactons pour inviter les membres de votre organisation à une
groupe de discussion sur notre projet de documentaire sur les luttes
immigrantes. Ça serait idéale si le plus grand nombre de vos membres
pourraient assister, afin de maximiser votre feedback sur la direction que
le projet va prendre. Veuillez confirmer une date et une heure qui marche
bien pour vos membres en écrivant à migrantjusticedocumentary at resist.ca


 Nous pouvons fournir un repas léger durant la groupe de discussion. Nous
pouvons également arranger de la garderie gratuite pour les enfants. Il
faudrait juste nous contacter à l'avance pour arranger ça.


 Les groupes de discussion vont probablement dûré 2-3 heures. Ils ne seront
pas filmés, mais nous allons prendre une enregistrement sonore pour nos
archives personnelles (les enregistrements ne seront pas diffusés).


 Durant la groupe de discussion, nous allons chercher vos opinions sur
notre documentaire en posant les questions suivantes pour alimenter la
réflection:

-Quelles campagnes est-ce que vous travaillez présenement?

-Quelles enjeux on besoin d'être couverts?

-Quelles activités est-ce que vous seriez à l'aise que nous filmons?
Réunions? Conférences? Etc.

-Comment est-ce que vous aimeriez utiliser les vidéos que nous allons
produire?

 Hello,

We are writing to invite members of your organization to a focus group with
us to discuss our migrant justice documentary film project. It would be
ideal if as many members of your group could attend, as we want to get the
maximum amount of input from migrant justice organizers on the direction
that our documentary will take. Please confirm a date and time that would
work well for your members by writing to migrantjusticedocumentary at resist.ca

We can provide a light meal during the focus group. We can also arrange for
free childcare, but please email us in advance to arrange that.

We expect the focus groups to last 2-3 hours. They will not be filmed, but
we will be audio recording them for our own archival purposes (we won't
release the recordings publicly).

During the focus group, we will be seeking your input on our documentary
and asking some of the following discussion questions:
-What campaigns are you working on right now?
-What issues need to be covered?

-What kind of activities would you be comfortable with us filming? Public
events? Group meetings? etc.

-How would you want to use these videos?
