The Pigeon Media Co-op (Pigeon) is a worker-owned media cooperative based in Montreal and a Jeunes Volontaires project funded by Emploi-Québec.

Pigeon’s mandate is to provide those who are working, or wish to work, as freelancers in the media industry with a supportive collaborative structure. If you are a journalist, editor, writer, photographer, graphic designer, activist, filmmaker, artist or researcher, or are involved in the media industry in another capacity, the co-op will give you the opportunity to profit from your skills and learn skills from other members.

Currently, Pigeon is seeking to replace one of its founding members.
