"A SOLIDARIEDADE é o que nos une!"

Objetivos/programa:

1.      Precisar os desafios do próximo período

2.      Instalação e discussão dos Grupos de Trabalho 

3.      Definir calendário e formas de encontro dos GTs

 

GT Metodologia e estratégia:

Ø  Propor eixos estratégicos orientadores do FSPL (programa e conteúdo do fórum), pensando tipo de atividades segundo o tipo de público (geral e de organizações);

Ø  Traçar análise de possíveis cenários para 2012;

Ø  Propor metodologias para as convergências em campanhas globais de solidariedade;

Ø  Definir critérios de inscrição e limite de atividades autogestionadas;

Ø  Preparar o pós-fórum;

Ø  Pensar como integrar cultura na discussão dos eixos do fórum, além de programação artística

GT Comunicação:

Ø  Elaborar estratégia de comunicação, redes, quais veículos e como vamos nos comunicar;

Ø  Divulgar o processo de construção e mobilizar para o Fórum Social Palestina Livre;

Ø  Propor estrutura do site em 5 idiomas;

GT Tradução e interpretação:

Ø  Discutir o sentido da tradução e interpretação neste fórum

Ø  Mobilizar rede de intérpretes e tradutores/as

Ø  Discutir a organização da interpretação durante as atividades em POA (em que tipo de atividades? reuniões, conferências, autogestionadas?)

GT Mobilização:

Ø  Elaborar plano de mobilização internacional e nacional;

Ø  Identificar comitês já existentes, organizar caravanas, contatos nos estados, pensar atividades de sensibilização para o tema da Palestina

Ø  Apoio na facilitação da obtenção de visto para não brasileiros;

Ø  Apoio na organização do alojamento solidário e alternativo em Porto Alegre

GT Logística e finanças:

Ø  Discutir política de financiamento (a quem solicitamos recursos, tipo de contrapartidas aceitas etc.)

Ø  Elaborar projeto executivo de captação de recursos a partir das discussões nos grupos;

GT ligação e enlace entre os grupos de trabalho;

 

Para melhor organizar nosso "Seminário do Comitê Organizador do Fórum Social Palestina Livre" seria importante que até o próximo dia 08/02/2012, Quarta-feira, cada membro do Comitê Organizador envie por email as seguintes informações:

Seminar of the Brazilian Committee of the Social Forum Free Palestine
"SOLIDARITY is what unites us!"

Objectives/program:
1. Specify the challenges of the next period
2. Installation and discussion of the Working Groups
3. Set calendar and ways of meeting of the Working Groups

GT methodology and strategy:
Ø Propose strategic priorities guiding the FSPL (program and content of the forum), thinking type of activities according to the type of audience (general and organizations);
Ø Trace analysis of possible scenarios for 2012;
Ø Propose methodologies for global convergence in campaigns of solidarity;
Ø Define criteria for entry and limit self-organized activities;
Ø Prepare the post-forum;
Ø To think how to integrate culture into the discussion of the axes of the forum, and artistic programs

GT Communication:
Ø Develop communication strategy, networks, which vehicles and how we communicate;
Ø Disclose the process of building and mobilizing for the WSF Free Palestine;
Ø Propose structure of the site in five languages;
GT Translation and interpretation:
Ø Discuss the direction of translation and interpretation in this forum
Ø Mobilize network of interpreters and translators / as
Ø Discuss the organization's interpretation during activities in POA (what kind of activities? Meetings, conferences, self-managed?)

GT Mobilization:
Ø Develop Plan to mobilize international and national levels;
Ø Identify existing committees, organize caravans, contacts in the states, think of activities to raise awareness of the issue of Palestine
Ø Assist in the facilitation of visa to non-Brazilian;
Ø Assist in the organization of solidarity and alternative accommodation in Porto Alegre

GT Logistics and Finance:
Ø Discuss financing policy (whom we call features, etc. type counterparts accepted.)
Ø Develop executive project fundraising from the group discussions;

GT connection and link between the working groups;

To better organize our "Seminar Organising Committee of the Social Forum Free Palestine" would be important until the next day 08/02/2012, Wednesday, each member of the Organizing Committee to email the following information:
