[Le-local] lease broken!

Well, I'm a big fan of not cancelling meetings at last minute.
We don't have a clear plan on how to move our stuff out at the
moment, and as a lot of my (heavy) stuff is in the space, that
stresses me out. We're meeting every week, and so missing one
meeting generally don't make anyone out of the loop. It also
creates confusion while not solving problems, as not everyone
will answer, and I still have to be home to wait for those who
will show up.
