[Le-local] thoughts for meeting thursday19th 6pm

Hi All,

I double booked by accident and so wont be able to make it on-time to the
meeting. Kicking myself in the pants right now...

I could be there after 8:30 if that's okay with you all!  I'll call to
check in after my first meeting to see.

*GENERAL HOPES: *
Just thought I'd pass on hopes for a new space in the case we continue:

   - the majority of plumbing and electric to be done...so we can get to
   work sooner.
   - more focus on grants to cover rent.
   - no one living in the space: unless the room has its own entrance (i.e.
   no chance of the person living there feeling uncomfortable in using common
   space or having to leave their home while non-mixte time is scheduled.)

*SHARING DEBT: *
I'm good to share debt on this...I can put in some dollars in the coming
week.

*MOVING: *
I would hope we can sell a bunch of the wood & gyproc from the asbestos
space so we dont have to store it - maybe a construction company with a
suitable truck could come pick up!
