Also, I read over the report (except page 6), and in general, the
presence of the spores denotes extensive long term water infiltration,
but it nowhere states that "we can't use the space".

Je trouve aucune information claire sur un plancher à partir duquel
le nombre de moisissure est considéré "dangeureux", seulement 
différentes critique du fait de prendre des échantillons d'air. On
sait qu'on avait du "black mold" (https://mrnatural.ca/applications/mold-species-library/chaetomium-mold-species/),
mais les taux sont vraiment loin d'être super élevés:

Fake tsé, la prochaine fois, faut s'assurer que les résultats 
permettent vraiment d'avoir une décision ferme sur "on peut tu rester 
ici". Anyways, ca nous a permis de gagner (un peu) cette fois-ci, la
prochaine ca va juste être mieux :D !
