[Le-local] lease broken!

Hi all,

We broke the lease today.

It was a two and a half hour ordeal

Helen refused to talk to us...then talked to us at the urging of Albert.

Helen finally decided to give us our deposit back because she couldn't
promise to fix the space, and an extra 300.00$ for moving of supplies.

Albert, out of the kindness of his heart (and because he made a commission
of 1900.00 on the space) decided to give us 1000.00$

we have a signed contract stating that the *bail is null and void*
(starting today).

we have to be *out of the space by Feb 1.*


To do:

   - Send a scanned copy of the mold busters study to the gym also
   contaminated.
   - And the contract to all (Guillaume will scan)
   - Get the wood and tools out the space
