[Le-local] Confirmed: asbestos and mold.

Helen showed us the results, we have a pdf. The space contains asbestos and
mold. The proof is in the pdf.

Helens two options are:
1. Angostino can remove it with alberts help, she cannot pay 10 thousand to
fix it with mold busters and have another air test done to prove it. We
would have to remove the mold in this case. We cant do that extra
work...its too dangerous and will be wayy to costly and past our skills i
think.
2. She said we should find somewhere else to take our space. She said to
talk to albert about getting back our money...that she couldnt give us
anything but albert and minh who signed the lease with us might be able
to...albert confirmed he would

So we have a meeting tomorrow 11am to get back deposit plus damages and
lost time, at the space with albert, val and i and helen. And hopefully
hubert since he is on the lease.

Helen is leaving to china on sunday so we hope to sort this out before
then.
