Update -

Val and I are going to meet the landlord today!

And we put together an excel doc (attached) of all the contact we have had
with the landlord...still some info to fill in for early contact (...sounds
like alien encounter)

Notes below and attached.

*Jan 12 2017 , meeting *with Guillaume, Hubert, Val, Lo (note-taker)



*Current space*

-       Ms. Minh says she doesn’t yet have results – has promised us
results Friday

-       Val & Lo have a meeting 3:30 Friday Jan 13, with Helen Li to review
the results – maybe inquire as to how long the decontamination will take.

-       Negos: Need a copy of the Mold Buster document for our records.

-       Need 2 months free rent or compensation.

-       Either have Helen allow us out of the lease with *hoped for offer*
all of our rent back and 5000.00 compensation. (Total approx. 7600.00)
– or *lowest
offer* total of 5000.00 including rent already paid.

-       Or have Helen sign that the decontamination will be done *hoped
for: *Feb 27 *latest: *Early Feburary.



Worst case wednesday: Mise en demeure



- call angostino, call gym, call others who can support us in putting
pressure on her once we find results.  (Talk about this at next meeting.)

Fred can do insert of electric meter box for 1000.00 if not done yet.

*Tentative Thursday 19, at 6:00 chez Guillaume 7200 marquette apt 17. *

If this doesn’t work for all, Lo will do a doodle – with a deadline – lo
will set the final date.
