Eh, I'm sorta lazy regarding that one, it really seems like its
starting from way farther away from where we started (eg: not
much tought given to the physical distribution of power, water,
venting, lightning and other technicalities that are really
the issues to which boil down a huge lot of the "management").
I might jump in when they start to actually worry about what
people need and want.
