To me its 150$ less (the price is without taxes and loyer
additionnel), to get 5-600 sq. ft. less, and we have 
semi-commited to Julie and Qouleur, and organizing spaces
on 2 different floors would be way more complicated. Also,
they say "no musicians", while I feel like the Jeanne-
Mance space is totally shielded from the building...

Anyways, its a good time to remind we have a meeting 
tomorrow night ! At Val's in the southwest from 7PM !
