[Le-local] Le local: plumbing questions for weds meeting with landlord

Hey !

Just sharing some stuff I've researched:
 - there will be slope (hence gravity !). The drawings were made assuming
that the drain sits at 1 feet from the ground (to be verified). The
slope required in drain pipe to get gravity suction going is a 1/4" per
foot, and the shower is less 15 feet away from the drain, hence giving
us 3 inch 3/4 of mandatory slope, which gives us about 8 inches of
margin for the pipes (as the pipes aren't connected straight from the
height of the toilet, but past the P, which could sit an inch
underneath the 3/4 inch floor, plus half the diameter for the pipe
leaves us 4 inches in play). Plus we can extend the ramp if we're out
of luck and need a higher shitter. 12 foot ceiling means we can jack
   the toilet quite a bit.
 - Yeah, if that pipe isn't the main drain, we're sorta fucked.
 - However, push comes to shove, we can use a sewage pump, they're as
cheap as 250$, and if we get there, we'd save some money on the ramps
and floors we could throw in that direction.
 - I do have a retired plumber that I know, lemme know when your friend
   is too sketched out :P.

Hubert, tu peux tu checker ak Albert si on peut avoir les plans ?
