Hi !
Thanks so much for figuring that out ! I added a bunch of shit we have
to measure before the meeting (just so we don't forget stuff) to the
document we had to prepare the meeting. I have some stuff I should
have told I've researched, I left notes inlined below:

Re: vents: http://www.rona.ca/en/air-admittance-valve ; those things are
"code approved" and I think they'd save us some complicated piping as
the kitchen sink is just far away from all the other sinks.

My vision was that when we get in our space, cut water off for an hour or
so while we solder a main valve (in case there is none, but they cost 5$,
so I planned to buy 10 of them (4 sinks x 2 (hot+cold) + 1 main + 1 for
the shitter). Let me know if that's good enough.
