[Le-local] talk with landlord / and mold buster apointment

I talked with Helen Li yesterday.

I reminded her of the collective, and of the tasks to be done, and asked
when these would be complete.

She said we were asking too much, and that the door would be 2000.00, which
is an amount that she considered too much. It sounded like she could be
convinced to spend this, but really didnt want to.

She says the locale is really meant for storage, and it is cheap exactly
because it is not in good condition, that we already have 6 months free
rent and we need to stop "asking for everything!" and do some work
ourselves.

I then told her about the black mold that we just found and that we think
there is absestos. She brushed it off a couple times, and I insisted that
people in the space had been sick, and that we want to ensure we dont have
health complications long term.

I said let's not worry about the door right now, dont spend any money on
that, we can talk about it later. First priority is making sure the air is
good quality so no one gets sick.

She said she definitely cant spend 10,000.00 on upgrading the space for us
(which makes me think she has a good idea of what cost is needed to make
that space livable). But she did agree to have an inspection and she is
willing to pay 100 - 600$ for it. She is around everyday & can be there on
the 27th december for the ghost buster appointment.

So we are good to proceed on the mold & asbestos inspection front!
