[Le-local] talk w albert about renos / & car for fri n sat

Just spoke to Albert on the phone,

The contractor/concierge and Mr Mihn are passing by the space tonight to
see how the fixes for window and door and water input will go.

Albert will be in the space on thursday if we need him to relay any
important info.

I am up to check in with him again on wednesday to see how it went so when
you are in the space wednesday eve you can talk to Mihn if need be, or look
at progress.

Unfortunately I wont be able to make it on wednesday eve - but I can
confirm a Caravan mini-van of wonder for Friday and Saturday!
