[Le-local] We got a deal!! Who can go to signature TOMORROW 9:30am?

Hi All,

I can make it to the meeting tomorrow to be there with Hubert for the lease
signing!

just talked to Guillaume, and because Mr Minh needs to sign off on plans
before we build, I will print off and bring our plans to him to get a
Tentative signature tomorrow.

Just one thing:

The indemnity section (13.6)  is still in there - saying we have to pay the
legal fees in case of a court case! could we not scratch that out like we
thought?

But it looks great otherwise.
