You guys, I am sorry, I am looking forward to the day when I wont send 
multiple emails to this list.

I just talked with Albert, M.Minh agrees to repair the side door and 
wall and to remove the metal bar YÉÉÉÉÉ !!

Attached I am sending you the revised revised lease.
Can you please also check everything is fine? especially that point 25 
is complete?

They would like to sign tomorrow at 9:30am. I would like to not have to 
go... Val, Guillaume are you able to go? I think yesterday proved its 
always better to have 2 eyes and brains be present for final 
negotiations...

I would stress how important it is for us to use the side access door - 
maybe its pushing it too much, but in case the are rebuilding the entire 
wall maybe we can have them put in a proper door? Could you check?

lmk asap cuz I will have to let Albert know!
